SHIPPING

We use FedEx for all our shipping needs. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped so you may track its progress. We ship from California and standard shipping times will vary depending on destination location.

Domestic: We offer free ground shipping on all orders to the 48-contingent states.

HI and AK: Additional shipping fees are incurred to HI and AK. Standard shipping will arrive in 4-6 business days from date of shipment. The following flat shipping rates will apply:

International: We deliver to most countries in the world. Standard shipping rate is $60 to most countries. All tariffs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

PAYMENT

To order online, place a credit card order using our Secure Shopping Cart. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

RETURNS

Return requests are to be made within seven days from the date of arrival. All returns must be received by Carole Wang within seven days of return request.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. Carole Wang reserves the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy requirements.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Contact us for your return request and we will email you back with a return authorization number (RA#). No returns will be accepted without an RA#.
